British Swim School is looking for an Aquatics Manager to lead our growing swim program across multiple pool locations.
This is not just a swim instructor role. This is a leadership position responsible for building and developing a team, delivering exceptional swim instruction programs, and helping prevent drownings through water safety education.
You will oversee instructors, supervisors, and deck ambassadors while ensuring every student and family has a positive, fun, and safe learning experience.

Availability during evenings and weekends is required.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage aquatics staff across multiple swim locations including:
- Swim Instructors
- Aquatics Trainers
- Pool Supervisors/Deck Ambassadors
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, and train aquatics staff
- Coach instructors to deliver high-quality lessons
- Lead team trainings/in-services and staff development
- Build a positive, supportive team culture
Aquatic Operations
- Coordinate staffing schedules across locations with Operations Team
- Ensure pools are prepared and properly supplied
- Support daily lesson operations and instructor performance
- Maintain smooth program execution across all locations
Program Quality
- Ensure instructors follow British Swim School curriculum
- Support student progression and water safety development
- Maintain consistent lesson quality across all locations- gas stipend provided

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and staff management experience.
Background in aquatics, swim instruction, or youth programming Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and operational priorities.
- Passion for building a positive team culture and helping students succeed.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
