Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong background in physical education or related fields. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating students of all ages in swimming techniques, water safety, and overall aquatic skills. Your role will involve creating a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop their swimming abilities while ensuring their safety at all times.

Responsibilities
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student.
- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Experience
- Previous experience in physical education, swim instruction, or sports coaching is preferred.
- Familiarity with various aquatic activities such as cheerleading, karate, climbing, or childcare is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively with students of different ages and skill levels.
- Strong communication skills to educate and engage students effectively.
- A background in behavior management techniques is beneficial.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
