Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent, or working toward it
- A fun, enthusiastic, “let’s make today awesome” attitude
- Comfortable in and around the water — strong swimming skills are a plus, but we can teach you!
- Willing to maintain required certifications
- Ready to complete all British Swim School aquatics training (don’t worry, we make it fun)
Bonus Points (But Totally Not Required!)
- Experience working with kids
- 1–2 years of swimming experience
- Customer service experience
- Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (or willingness to earn them during training)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
