The Position:
The Aquatics Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons necessary. This position will also require continuing the employee's development and competency and skills.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Help/run training both onboarding and on going for all team members.
- Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
- Teach and lead swimming lessons.
- Talking to members and helping with their needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Swimming experience
- Enjoying working with all ages
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service /or management experience.
- Experience in coaching/teaching
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, or willingness to gain them through British Swim School
