The Position:
We have been teaching industry-leading swimming lessons for over 44 years. We need more Swim Instructors who share our community-first culture to join our team so we can offer more lessons to the deserving Asheville community.

Responsibilities:
- Safely provide swim lessons in accordance with your training
- Come to work and have a great time!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Community-first mindset
- Love working with children
- Comfortable in and around water.
- Reliability - our children and adults depend on you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with children
- Teaching experience is a plus (current or retired school teachers would make ideal candidates!!)
- Swimming experience preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
