Job Title: Aquatics Instructor
Location: Metro Charlotte, NC

About Us
British Swim School offers swimming lessons for babies, children, and adults, with a primary focus on teaching water survival skills before moving on to stroke development and more advanced techniques. Dubbed one of the fastest-growing franchises in the U.S., we teach over 13,000 swimming lessons each week! Our mantra, “Survival of the Littlest,” reflects our dedication to ensuring individuals of every age and ability have the skills to survive a water accident.
At British Swim School, we don’t just teach swim lessons — we save lives and have fun doing it! Since 1981, we’ve pioneered water survival instruction for children as young as three months old and supported swimmers in developing their love for the sport.
Working at British Swim School you will notice that...
- We expect bright energetic people, willing to roll up their sleeves, take on new assignments, work in a team environment for the benefit of the children and juggle many things at once while happily asking, “is that all you’ve got?”
- In return for your efforts, you will have an opportunity to work for a fast growing, creative, and culture-driven company with significant opportunity for growth. You will also get to help promote a life-changing learning experience that will save lives.
