We are hiring experienced line cooks to join our team! In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet our exact specifications. You will be responsible for setting up the your work station, stocking inventory, cleaning station and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth. Responsibilities: Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked. Report to the Chef and Sous and follow their instructions. Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards. Clean prep and work areas. Stock inventory and supplies. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods. Communication and organizational skills. Aptitude for multi-tasking. Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and communicate orders
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, demonstrating ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members
