Origin Amenity Solutions are a rapidly growing market leader in the golf and fine turf sector, and we are looking for a Technical Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic business where your ideas, energy, and expertise will make a genuine impact.

The Role

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Greenkeepers, Course Managers, grounds teams and other key stakeholders
• Drive sales and revenue growth across your territory by leveraging our broad and diverse market-leading product portfolio
• Provide agronomic support and technical advice, helping customers get the best from our products and solutions
• Work independently and proactively to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and close business
• Contribute to new product development, providing market insight and feedback to R&D and marketing teams
• Play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies, tailored to your region’s needs and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and company growth
  
  

Skills Required

• Proven experience in a technical role within the golf or fine turf sector
• Strong technical understanding of the golf market including of turf products, soil health, nutrition and/or plant protection
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills – able to connect with customers at all levels
• Self-motivated and independent thinker, with the initiative and ambition to make things happen
• Enthusiastic about career growth in a company that values innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team where your input is valued and encouraged
