Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two young children.
- Engage children in active, hands-on play, including outdoor activities and structured daily routines.
- Support early academic development, including homework guidance, tutoring, and reinforcement of school concepts.
- Introduce and lead age-appropriate educational activities beyond the classroom.
- Help foster organization, independence, and executive functioning skills.
- Maintain organization of children’s spaces, including toys, books, and clothing.
- Assist with child-related household tasks such as laundry and light tidying.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and structure.
- Travel with the family as needed with advance notice.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and awareness within a private home environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
- Master’s degree in Education is highly desirable and will be compensated accordingly.

Salary and Benefits
- Guaranteed annual compensation between $115,000–$135,000 DOE
- High performers typically earn above the guaranteed salary through yearly bonuses
