Overview
A busy downtown Manhattan-based family of four is seeking a live-out housekeeper/nanny to join their team. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 1pm -8pm, though the family can offer more hours if the candidate can stay late to cover date nights or occasional overnights when parents travel.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- After-school childcare
- Maintenance of the house
- Daily dinner preparation for the family
- General household upkeep and organization (though there is a full-time housekeeper who handles the deep cleaning and laundry)
- Running family and household errands
- School drop off and pick up
- Supervising children after school
- Pet care (walking and feeding a cute, friendly dog)
Qualifications
- The ideal candidates will be proactive and will understand the boundaries needed when working with a parent working at home
- Highly organized.
- A capable family cook is a must, but someone who is familiar with Italian cuisine would be a lovely plus
Requirements
- Ability to work afternoon hours

Salary and Benefits
- Pay is DOE but starts at $35-40 per hour
