Overview
A large private family is seeking a top-notch housekeeper for their large estate in Greenwich, CT. The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, but when the principals are present the position will require some flexibility for weekends and longer hours as needed. The family is only in Greenwich a few months per year. They also require help during the Christmas season.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of general housekeeping, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchen, laundry, and dishes
- Wiping down surfaces
- Changing linens and making beds
- Tidying up throughout the day
- Pitch-in where needed
- General household organization
- Grocery shopping
- Errand running
- Help set up for family events and parties
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be seasoned in domestic staffing and will have worked in luxury homes and on large estates.
- The family is seeking a candidate who works well with a team and has a strong work ethic.
- Team player- the family has a solid existing staff structure
