Overview
An office with 7 people on staff is seeking an experienced cleaner. The schedule can be 8am-12pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off, but they can be flexible for the schedule. The office is located in South Park/South Beach neighborhood. The offices will be moving to Presidio proper in October 2026. The office size is 5,000 sq. ft., 3 stories (must be comfortable with stairs), 3 bathrooms, 4 lounges, kitchenette, 2 outdoor patios, and multiple small meeting rooms. They will have cleaning supplies on site. The role starts August 1st.
Responsibilities
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning up a kitchenette
- Removing trash
- Cycling dishes
- Sweeping front entrance
- Unboxing and restocking snacks
- Periodic deep clean: cleaning windows, vents, purging fridge weekly
- Exercising good judgment of what's trash vs. what is not. Being careful with electronics–wiping around cables, monitors, hardware set-ups
- Proactively organizing and minimizing clutter. Learning the space, tracking what's in the storage and utility closet
- Reporting burnt out bulbs, low supplies, broken items
- Communicate via Slack
Requirements
- Licensed driver
