Responsibilities

- Maintain impeccably organized closets, dressing rooms, and seasonal storage
- Handle fine clothing and accessories with the highest level of care
- Oversee garment care, including dry cleaning, shoe repair, and jewelry repair
- Maintain detailed tracking systems for items sent out and returned
- Process new purchases and coordinate returns or exchanges
Styling & Outfit Development
- Curate daily and event-specific looks aligned with the principal's aesthetic
- Ensure all ensembles are polished, fashion-forward, and appropriate
- Anticipate wardrobe needs based on calendar, travel, and climate
- Develop race-event and themed event attire with creativity and refinement
- Photograph and catalog outfits for continuity
Travel Wardrobe Coordination
- Prepare complete packing plans tailored to itinerary and climate
- Create detailed inventories of all items sent and returned
- Ensure all garments are travel-ready and restored post-trip
- Inspect garments upon return and coordinate necessary care
- Pack and maintain both wardrobe and personal items (including toiletries and essentials)
Qualifications
