Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and ensure our cleaning teams are meeting company standards. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees at job sites, inspecting work quality, training new hires, and maintaining supplies. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively with both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning staff at assigned job sites
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching and corrective guidance as needed
- Order, distribute, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment and report maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate with management regarding site conditions, staffing issues, and performance concerns via email and phone
- Address client concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure employees are using required apps, checklists, and timekeeping systems correctly
- Assist with scheduling coverage and handling call-offs when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred (cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally via email
- Basic computer skills, including email, digital reporting, and mobile applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Hands-on, field-based role
- Monday–Friday schedule
- May require early morning or evening availability during the week
- Physically able to walk job sites, stand for extended periods, and lift supplies as needed
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
