Residential House Cleaner

Brite Spot Cleaning is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our growing Knoxville team.

This is a part-time W-2 position with weekday daytime hours and the opportunity to receive additional hours as our Knoxville client base grows. No professional cleaning experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean clients’ kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize household surfaces
• Follow Brite Spot Cleaning’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional service in clients’ homes
• Work independently and occasionally alongside another team member
• Communicate promptly about scheduling or client needs
• Care for company equipment and supplies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dependable, punctual and committed to showing up as scheduled
• Available during weekday daytime hours
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Current automobile insurance
• Comfortable driving between clients’ homes in the Knoxville area
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to perform active physical work, including bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting cleaning equipment
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude

Professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a caring local company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: Approximately 10–25 per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the Knoxville route grows.

• No weekends

Work location: In person at clients’ homes throughout Knoxville, including West Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Cedar Bluff and surrounding service areas.
