We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing Knoxville team.
This position begins as a part-time weekday position with daytime hours only. As our client base continues to grow, additional hours and advancement opportunities will become available for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
- Clean residential homes throughout the Knoxville area
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Build positive relationships with clients through friendly, professional service
- Help create clean, healthy homes that make a difference in our clients' lives
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and being active throughout the day
- Detail-oriented with pride in doing quality work
- Team player who enjoys helping others
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Compensation & Growth
- $18-$22 per hour based on experience
- Paid training
- W-2 employee position (not 1099)
- Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities
- Additional hours available as our Knoxville client base continues to grow
