Pay: $1,000–$1,800/week (based on experience & performance) Schedule: Typically Monday–Saturday, starting between 6:00–7:00 AM. Expect 10+ hour days and six-day workweeks during the busy holiday season. Sundays are generally your day off. Locations: The DMV area This job is great for people with experience (or interest) in holiday light installation, roofing, construction, landscaping, tree service, painting, moving, warehouse work, general labor, outdoor labor, or other physically active jobs. Why You'll Love This Job • Earn $1,000–$1,800 per week • Paid training provided • Consistent bi-weekly pay • Housing assistance may be available for qualified out-of-area candidates • Opportunity to work through January, with potential work into February for light removal • Work outdoors with a supportive, team-oriented company • Build impressive holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses • Join a company that's been creating memorable holiday experiences since 1993 What You'll Be Doing • Install premium holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties • Work safely on ladders (up to 32 feet), roofs, and occasionally aerial lifts • Install lights on rooflines, trees, landscaping, and architectural features • Load, unload, and organize lighting materials and equipment • Work as part of a two-person crew to complete projects safely and efficiently • Deliver exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer experiences • Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards What We're Looking For • Reliable and dependable with strong attendance • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders • Physically able to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day • Team player who communicates well and takes pride in quality work • Previous outdoor labor or construction-related experience is a plus but not required—we provide training Requirements • Able to work full-time throughout the holiday season (October–January) • Able to work 10+ hour days, starting between 6:00–7:00 AM • Able to work Monday through Saturday, with Sundays typically off • Able to work six days per week during busy periods • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces • Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work safely About Brite Nites Since 1993, Brite Nites has specialized in designing and installing premium holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties.
