Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, for the position of Assistant Dean of Students. The Assistant Dean of Students will oversee and manage various aspects of student life. Responsibilities include fostering a supportive and inclusive campus culture, providing guidance to students on personal and academic matters, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and developing programs that encourage educational leadership and community engagement.
Qualifications
• Master degree in a related field (i.e., divinity, theological studies, higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, or education)
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, student support, or academic administration
• Experience supervising staff and managing departmental operations.
• Experience supporting divinity students, adult learners, or graduate-level students.
• Demonstrated experience working in diverse and inclusive educational environments.
