Quality Assurance Nurse, Assisted Living

Quality Assurance Nurse Pay Rate: Starting at $40/hour; based on experience.
Schedule: PT position; Day Shift; Monday-Friday

The Quality Assurance Nurse works closely with Director of Health Services and Administrator to ensure overall accuracy of resident medical charts. Quality Assurance Nurse will be a resource to Staff Nurses and PCAs regarding resident care and clinical issues. The Quality Assurance Nurse will have knowledge of NYS Regulations and assist DHS in maintaining compliance with these standards.

Requirements for Facilities Director with Bristol Village:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Five years’ experience in geriatric and/or long-term care setting.
