Experienced Automotive Technician

This role is ideal for technicians who are serious about their craft and looking to build a long-term career with Toyota. ASE certifications are a benefit, as they are essential for advancement within Toyota’s technician pathway. We offer paid training, ASE training and reimbursment.

What you’ll do:

• Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Toyota factory standards
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the correct repair approach
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair status, additional findings, or time constraints
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Participate in Toyota and manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What we’re looking for:

• ASE certifications preferred (and highly encouraged for career growth with Toyota)
• 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Toyota or Lexus experience is preferred - not required
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license
