Summary:
The Office Coordinator shall be responsible for the daily operations of the office, including patient registration, scheduling of appointments, referrals, or consultative work for clinicians. The Coordinator will maintain the department supply orders and Kronos updates as requested. In addition, the Coordinator will manage the processing and storage of data for compilation of patient charges, physician orders, and billing. The Coordinator will oversee the proper functioning of the front-office support and staff. This individual will be responsible for additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred. Experience in data entry required. Previous medical experience preferred.
