POSITION TITLE: Student Behavioral Support Aide

SCHOOL: Ivy Drive School

Role Summary: Seeking a non-certified individual to support students’ social-emotional learning, helping prevent disruptions to learning and promoting positive attendance. This role works under the direction of a certified educator, school counselor, or school psychologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ social-emotional learning and behavior management
• Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce SEL strategies
• Follow guidance from certified educators, school counselors, or psychologists
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement guidance and support student growth in social-emotional areas

RATE: $18.18/hr

HOURS: 6.5 Hours Per Day
9:00am to 3:30pm

DATE OF SERVICE: As soon as possible
