We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Practice and Operations Coordinator to provide office support with answering phones, billing, marketing, posting payments, submitting claims and pretreatment requests. Eaglesoft claims proficiency mandatory.

Duties
- Administrative and operations support, claims, billing, scanning, marketing, claim management, pretreatments, must have strong Eaglesoft and claims experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental setting; dental clinic experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, dental terminology, medical records handling, and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience in office management within a dental or medical practice environment; clinic experience is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask.
- Mandatory-Experience and proficiency with claims, posting payments and Eaglesoft/Vyne.
