Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
- Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Coordinate patient communications, recalls, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records
- Support office operations and ensure a positive patient experience
- Work closely with clinical and administrative team members
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination preferred
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
