Practice Snapshot
- 3-room operating suite
- 1 endoscopy suite (runs 2 days/week)
- Case types include:
- General surgery
- Urology
- Limited orthopedics
- Pediatric dental
- Low daily case volume
- Most OR days end before 4 PM
- No trauma, cardiac, neuro, or OB cases
Leadership
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee anesthesia operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and community service
- Serve as a liaison between anesthesia staff and hospital leadership
- Lead recruitment and quality initiatives
- Provide direct anesthesia care in a low-acuity setting
- Supervise or work alongside CRNAs and physician colleagues
- Maintain a visible, supportive presence in the OR
- Light call rotation
- No acute care surgery—98% chance of not being called in
- Call functions mostly as standby coverage, not in-house service

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.; Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for NJ medical licensure
