F&I Manager – $200K Earning Potential | Bristol Auto Mall
Bristol Auto Mall, a high-volume used car dealership in Pennsylvania with over 200 vehicles in inventory, is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing F&I professional who wants to maximize income and grow with a dealership that is expanding and investing in its future.

What You'll Do
- Secure financing through our network of lenders
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.)
- Structure deals to maximize approvals and backend profitability
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently
- Maintain and build strong relationships with lending partners
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive F&I experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring
- Excellent product presentation and closing ability
- Strong organizational and compliance skills
- Highly motivated and performance driven
