Description:Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm - 30 HoursBristol Adult Resource Center (BARC) is a non-profit organization supporting adult individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities by providing them with Residential, Vocational, Recreation and Day Support Services.BARC is currently seeking a professional, caring, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Employment Development & Exploration (EDE) Day Program. In this role, you will teach and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting personal growth and helping them work toward achieving their employment goals.Services include but are not limited to assisting individuals, promoting personal growth and reaching their goals daily activities, by providing personal care, and attending community and social activities. Applicants with no experience or seeking a career change are encouraged to apply – we will train the right candidates.
