Brist Insurance Group is a 6 yr old insurance group started in SWFL. We are moving and starting a scratch agency in the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Producer with the Brist Insurance Group with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Insurance Sales Producer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, conducting consultations to assess insurance needs, presenting coverage options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying informed about industry regulations and trends to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related insurance offerings is a plus
- Proactive approach with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- State licensing in insurance or the ability to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe
- Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related field is preferred
