Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Administrator to join our team. The Practice Administrator will play a critical role in the operational management and growth of our clinical practice. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service.


Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and administrative functions.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.

- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal utilization of resources.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to improve patient experience.

- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in healthcare delivery.

- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for practice growth and development.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.

- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the practice remains compliant and competitive.

- Conduct interviews with potential new hires.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or practice management.

- Proven track record of managing healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-site or mobile care environment.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, billing, and financial analysis.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patient populations.

- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and improving healthcare delivery.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
