What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Briscoe Protective?
You will be a face of Briscoe and our Brand. Your primary role is to touch and engage customers in an effort to gauge satisfaction, increase knowledge of our services, gain referrals which will lead to increased leads & sales. Optimism and service mindedness will come across in how you speak along with your actions such as follow up. It is all about our customers satisfaction! Base salary and opportunity for incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Learn our services
- Confidently and enthusiastically communicate these services to customers and potential customers.
- Monitor and track efforts and results.
- Work independently and closely with other departments.
- Create New customer packets and follow up for them.
- Spearhead Customer Initiatives visiting existing and potential new customers
- Other special projects and tasks as requested.
