Brisco Brands is a U.S.-based apparel manufacturer with operations in New York, New Jersey, and a large-scale screen printing facility in North Carolina. This position opening is for Ramseur NC 27316.
As we enter a significant growth phase, we are seeking a high-level Screen Printing Production Leader to take full operational ownership of our print floor. This is not a general manufacturing role, we are looking for a hands-on leader with deep screen printing expertise who can drive performance, discipline, and scalability across a high-volume operation.
- Lead and optimize a large-scale screen print facility
- Oversee 10–12 automatic presses
- Manage full production crews across multiple shifts
- Drive scheduling, throughput, and efficiency
- Maintain high standards in ink systems, quality control, and spoilage reduction
- Implement systems to improve productivity and consistency
- Proven experience managing high-volume screen printing operations
- Strong leadership on the production floor
- Deep technical knowledge of screen printing processes
- Track record of improving efficiency and team performance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
