We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will lead a team of sales representatives, manage dealer and wholesale relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth across Brio Water Technology's wholesale and filtration product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key B2B wholesale Accounts with a focus on long-term growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new sales hires.
- Analyze sales reports and market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product positioning.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate order processing and account satisfaction.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6 years of progressive sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven success in Wholesale Sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
