We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will lead business development and account growth across Southern California's water store and retail markets. The role requires a strong field sales mindset, consistent prospecting, and the ability to manage a high-volume territory while delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a territory of B2B accounts focused on water stores and retail operators.
- Open new accounts and drive onboarding into Brio Water Technology's ecosystem.
- Conduct in-person visits, lead-generation activities, and product presentations.
- Manage and grow a seeded portfolio of existing accounts with focus on retention and upselling.
- Increase territory revenue through cross-selling and account penetration.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize growth.
- Serve as primary contact for store owners and staff, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Provide product knowledge, merchandising guidance, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, and Finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity logs, and forecasts.
- Maintain a professional image that reflects Brio's reputation for quality and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 years of outside sales experience (beverage, bottled water, filtration, or CPG industries preferred).
- Proven success prospecting and opening new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese) strongly preferred.
