DTC Analyst

Job Overview
This role exists to support the ongoing and improvement of Brio’s Direct To Consumer analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will be able to transform business data into actionable insights through data analysis and dashboarding of sales trends, consumer data, and KPIs.

We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to transform business data into actionable insights that drive strategy and performance across Brio’s sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership.

· Conduct data analysis on sales trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics.

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and track ROI.

· Integrate data from Salesforce, ERP, and external sources.

· Present findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.

· Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.

Qualifications and Skills

· 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.

· Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel; Python or R a plus.

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

· Experience with Salesforce or ERP data reporting preferred.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
