Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time | Brio Dental Point Loma | San Diego / Point Loma
Brio Dental Point Loma is a well-established, multi-provider private dental practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.
Schedule- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Patient Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hygiene starts at 7:30 AM)
• Friday: Administrative day - Rotating early start shifts: approximately 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- 8-hour clinical days with occasional overtime based on patient volume and needs
- Occasional coverage may be required at nearby affiliated offices
- $25–$30 per hour (DOE)

- 3–5 years RDA experience in general dentistry (required)
- Dentrix experience required
- Current California RDA license
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment
- Assist dentists in 4-handed dentistry procedures
- Full-scope RDA duties per California regulations
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Sterilization and infection control compliance
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Support efficient clinical workflow and scheduling flow
- Cross-training in front office is a strong plus
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual
- Team-oriented and low-drama
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication with patients and team members
- Comfortable in a busy, high-volume dental setting
- Coachable and open to feedback
