What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Development Assistant position at Brinware?
We are looking for an energetic, proactive assistant to help streamline production under the supervision of our production manager. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and planning abilities.
We are a small team with an office located on Owensmouth and Vanowen in Canoga Park. We manufacture wide range of merchandise for the Disney Parks and Stores Globally. We work with factories in China and in India to help bring products to market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive POs and enter details into Production Recap
- Order UPC and Carton Labels
- Track labeling orders
- Send out samples and enter in tracking sheet
- Email Correspondence to teams in China and India
- Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects
- Some office and sample organization
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized while under tight deadlines
- High sense of urgency, punctuality, and timeliness
- Must have a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Works well individually, as well as, with a team
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and online navigation
- Previous experience with data entry
