Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Follow and implement individualized care plans
- Document treatment minutes and progress notes accurately
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff
- Adjust treatments based on resident needs and progress
- Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
- Comply with all facility policies and state regulations
- Active COTA license in the state
- SNF or rehab experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Flexible Part-Time or PRN schedule
