Job Description

Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Part-Time or PRN position. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a collaborative therapy team while helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Follow and implement individualized care plans
• Document treatment minutes and progress notes accurately
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff
• Adjust treatments based on resident needs and progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
• Comply with all facility policies and state regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in the state
• SNF or rehab experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
