We service companies around Multnomah and surrounding counties providing them with micro-markets, vending, and coffee solutions. This fast-paced, hands-on role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our vending equipment at various customer locations. Don’t have experience with vending machines? Say less, if you are the right individual, we will provide you with paid training.

All we ask is that you have a demonstrated passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Install, help troubleshoot, maintain, and exchange equipment as needed.
• Use hand tools to work with equipment on the field.
• Travel to customer sites in our company vehicle.
• Work with team to ensure proper installation and uninstallation at customer locations as guided by your manager.
• Conduct Inventory of equipment and service parts monthly.
• Document all work performed.
• Maintain and order inventory replenishments as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining vehicle maintenance regularly.
• Provide customer and sales team training related to proper operation and maintenance of beverage equipment and vending equipment accessories.
• Establish and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
• Provide effective communication with customers and team members.

What you need:

• Basic Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to provide consistent and professional service to our valued customers.
• Must be self-motivated and able to establish an effective and efficient routine.
• Knowledge of beverage brewing systems is a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
