What You'll Do & Succeed Here
As a Field Service Technician, you'll service, maintain, install, and repair coffee, vending, water, and refreshment equipment at customer locations throughout your assigned territory. You'll respond to service calls, diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory within your company vehicle, and ensure customers receive prompt and professional support.
Success in this role comes from being mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and self-motivated. You'll thrive if you enjoy troubleshooting, learning new technologies, working independently, and creating positive experiences for customers.

Job Type: Full-Time
Qualifications
- 3 years of field service, equipment maintenance, repair, installation, or related technical experience preferred
- Experience with coffee, vending, beverage, foodservice, or refreshment equipment is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification, military training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Work Location: In Person | Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed
