Duties
- Manage and schedule service appointments efficiently through phone calls, emails, and online systems
- Communicate clearly with clients to confirm appointment details, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and relevant data entry using Microsoft Office tools and specialized scheduling software
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of scheduled work
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist clients with inquiries related to services, pricing, and appointment availability while solving problems promptly
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on appointments or reschedule as needed, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles that demonstrate strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in sales or client services that highlights your ability to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple appointments simultaneously
