- Proficiency in Mastercam 5-axis programming
- Likes to be challenged with complex, tight tolerance parts
- Confidence in ability to achieve challenging surface finish requirements
- Passionate about machining
- Desires to be the best among colleagues who appreciate what that means
- Generates creative and innovative ideas
- Ability to design and build custom fixturing when necessary.
- Possesses Siemens and Fanuc multi-axis experience
- Understands what it means to possess the highest-tier programming skills
- Possesses vast knowledge and understanding of working with all types of materials including, Stainless, Exotics, Aluminum, Tool steels.
- Self-motivated with ability to take projects from start to finish
- Must have extreme self-confidence, but also excel at working with others, while participating in a team environment
