CNC Lathe Machinist - A & B Shifts

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality
- Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
- Work with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a precision machining environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable
