Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced equipment operator to join our team. You'll coordinate with the crew and project managers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Duties
- Operate equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, and graders
- Read and interpret site plans, grades, and projects layouts.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team members to build effective strategies for overcoming challenges on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members efficiently..
- Commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site.
- Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site prep.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, clean driving record, speak English fluently, and must be able to be badged on a federal installation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
