Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Trainee:
- Communicate with customers to guide them through the enrollment process for AT&T’s wireless bundle services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
- Support customers by answering all their questions and processing orders for them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, service updates, and activation progress.
- Support team members by sharing sales techniques, customer service strategies, and onboarding best practices that help drive consistent results.
- Quickly identify and resolve any sales issues or service interruptions by working closely with internal teams to keep activations on track.
- Review performance data to identify ways to improve efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and streamline the sales and enrollment process.
Entry-Level Sales Trainee Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles, ideally in the wireless, telecom, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to coach, lead, and support teams while achieving measurable results tied to wireless enrollment and sales goals is a plus.
