- Expertise in developing and executing complex category strategies that span multiple countries and regions, with the ability to navigate cultural, regulatory, and operational differences.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment with key stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Legal, Senior Leadership).
- Extensive experience in global contract negotiation, including the ability to structure and negotiate highly complex agreements with strategic suppliers.
