The Opportunity
We’re seeking a NetSuite Financial Architect to join our world-class ERP practice. In this senior, strategic role, you’ll define the overall architecture for complex NetSuite Financial solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with client business goals.
You’ll partner with delivery teams and client executives from pre-sales through post-go-live, guiding solution design across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles—while driving best practices, governance, and innovation across multiple engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep financial and technical expertise, consultative leadership, and a passion for enabling digital finance transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Architect holistic NetSuite Financial solutions spanning GL, AP, AR, Multi-Book, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting
- Design scalable financial frameworks that support complex, multi-entity, multi-currency environments and evolving compliance requirements
- Lead strategic solutioning and design reviews, ensuring alignment with both NetSuite best practices and client business models
- Collaborate with technical architects and developers on integrations, automations, workflows, and custom logic using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript
- Serve as the financial subject matter expert for implementations, optimizations, and advanced configurations
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Delivery Leaders to shape solution strategy, define scope, and support proposal development and SOW creation
- Advise clients on financial process optimization, data migration strategy, and governance frameworks
- Mentor consultants and solution leads, establishing standards, reusable design patterns, and documentation templates
- Stay ahead of product innovations in SuiteBilling, ARM, Planning & Budgeting, and Analytics to continuously enhance delivery capability
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 3 years focused on Financials architecture or solution leadership
- Deep expertise across R2R, O2C, and P2P cycles and their system-level interdependence
- Proven experience designing and leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations for multi-entity organizations
- Strong grasp of GAAP principles, consolidations, and global accounting structures
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Book Accounting, ARM, and Intercompany frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to bridge functional and technical design considerations
- Exceptional client-facing, advisory, and communication skills
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification required; NetSuite Financials or SuiteCloud Certification preferred
- CPA, MBA, or strong accounting/finance background strongly preferred
- Experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or Manufacturing environments is a plus
