  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, delivering timely and professional communication
  • Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing concerns with empathy
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals
  • Track listings through internal systems and act as the subject matter expert on each listing’s history
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launch
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 2 years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to present detailed information clearly and accurately

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate
  • Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
