Brine Group is working with a highly respected healthcare organization seeking a PET/CT & Nuclear Medicine Supervisor to lead a collaborative imaging team in a hands-on, working supervisor role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technologist ready to step into leadership while staying clinically active.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging across a wide range of studies.
• Oversee daily department operations and ensure high-quality imaging standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 (5 full-time, 2 per diem).
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Support regulatory compliance, accreditation, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with radiologists and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification required.
• Active licensure (or eligibility) required.
• 3–5 years of PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.

Preferred:

• CT certification (ARRT(CT) or NMTCB(CT)).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, first shift.
• Weekend call rotation.
• $50–$65/hour, depending on experience.
