They are currently hiring for two Registered Nurse roles:

🔹 Open RN Positions

1️⃣ Home Care RN (1 opening)

• Assigned territory within Greater Merrimack, NH areas
• Provides ongoing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Manages a patient caseload and delivers 1:1 clinical care
• Ideal for RNs who enjoy autonomy, variety, and relationship-based care

2️⃣ Admissions RN (1 opening)

• Covers the full service area as needed (Manchester - Nashua)
• Conducts in-depth intake and admissions visits for new home care patients
• Visits may last 2 hours, allowing for a slower pace and thorough assessments

💰 Compensation & Bonus

Hourly Pay: $37/hr - $54/hr

Sign-On Bonus – $12,500 total:

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or higher)
• Minimum 1 year of recent home care or acute care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• CPR certification
• Clean background and driving record

Preferred:

• BSN
• Home Health, Admissions, or Community Health experience
• OASIS familiarity
• EMR experience (Allscripts a plus)
• Additional certifications (IV, Ostomy, Chemotherapy)
