Brine Group is partnering with a Boston Teaching Hospital to identify a skilled Mammography Technologist to join a highly respected Breast Imaging team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment that combines cutting-edge breast imaging technology with a strong commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure exceptional patient care by educating patients, addressing concerns, and creating a comfortable imaging experience.
• Operate and maintain mammography and radiologic equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and fellow imaging professionals.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals focused on outstanding patient outcomes.
• Mentor and assist students and less experienced technologists as needed.

Qualifications

✅ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

✅ ARRT (Mammography) certification required

✅ Massachusetts Radiology/Mammography License required

✅ Strong knowledge of mammography procedures and imaging equipment

✅ Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred

• 2 years of Mammography experience

• Advanced knowledge of breast imaging equipment and quality standards

• Experience working in a busy outpatient or hospital-based breast imaging environment
